Gleeson Recruitment Group have a fabulous opportunity for a HR Administrator to join a collaborative, diverse and inclusive company based in Birmingham.

This is a fantastic role to support on a variety of HR related tasks and projects within the business and we are looking for a passionate and engaged HR Coordinator!

No day is the same within this growing company and they are in the process of implementing new systems, so it is a very exciting time to join!

The Role

  • Supporting on all HR admin and projects
  • Managing new starter processes, right to work checks , DBS checks
  • Monitoring the HR inbox
  • Being able to help/guide other colleagues in their role
  • Manage the employee filing system

You will have:

  • Strong HR Administration background
  • Attention to detail is vital
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment

  • Strong knowledge within the HR sector
