HR Administrator
Gleeson Recruitment Group have a fabulous opportunity for a HR Administrator to join a collaborative, diverse and inclusive company based in Birmingham. This is a fantastic role to support on a variety of HR related tasks and projects within the business and we are looking for a passionate and engaged HR Coordinator!
The Role
- Supporting on all HR admin and projects
- Managing new starter processes, right to work checks , DBS checks
- Monitoring the HR inbox
- Being able to help/guide other colleagues in their role
- Manage the employee filing system
You will have:
- Strong HR Administration background
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work in fast paced industry
- Be passionate about the HR industry
- Team player
- Committed
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge within the HR sector
