HR Administrator

Location - Birmingham City Centre

Gleeson Recruitment are supporting a large professional services business based in Birmingham City Centre to recruit for an experienced HR Administrator. The role is looking for someone with good experience, knowledge and skills within the HR sector.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and supportive HR team, to assist them with a variety of HR related activities and supporting adhoc projects.

The Role:

  • Supporting the wider HR team on tasks
  • Be the first point of call for all HR queries and offer first line advice to managers
  • Data Entry to ensure maintenance of HR Systems
  • Provide data for and prepare monthly and ad hoc management information reports
  • Contribute to HR projects
  • Maintain strong connections with other HR colleagues to share best practices

  • Proficient IT skills
  • Ability to maintain high accuracy and work quality standards to support to the HR team and both internal and external customers

Job Offer:

  • Working Hours- Monday to Friday
