Are you an HR Administrator based in Birmingham looking for a new challenge?
I am currently working with a company to recruit a HR Administrator to join their team based in Birmingham on a fixed term basis for 6 months. With hybrid working available and salary of up to £22,000.
The Role:
- Supporting HR administration
- Supporting the wider HR team on tasks
- Be the first point of call for all HR queries and offer first line advice to managers
- Data Entry to ensure maintenance of HR Systems
- Deal with the employee life cycle (onboarding process, family leave, employee changes and processing leavers)
- Delivering outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Producing accurate work to a very high standard
- Query management
- Process improvements

- HR experience or keen interest in HR
