Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join a company based on the outskirts of Birmingham City Centre. We are looking for an individual that can provide outstanding administrative support to our clients HR team.

The Role

  • Managing the recruitment inbox and scheduling
  • Supporting all administration for the HR team
  • Create and issue offer packs, ensuring all documentation is received
  • HRIS and Reporting
  • Coordinating monthly payroll processes

The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a HR environment
  • Strong organisational skills and strong communication skills
