HR Administrator
Gleeson Recruitment Group are looking for a driven and proactive HR Administrator to support a well established business based in Oldbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to work in a fast paced industry and looking to get involved with all aspects of HR! This role will be working 8.30am - 5.30pm, with an option for hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

The Role
- Provide full administrative support to all areas of HR related tasks
- Managing new starter and leaver processes
- Note taking in HR meetings
- Be the first point of call for all HR queries and offer first line advice to managers
- Producing monthly reporting on HR related matters
- Supporting recruitment
- Support the coordination of training courses
Ideal Candidate
- 12 months min HR administration experience
- Experience of using workday or another HR system would be desirable
- Team player and ability to multitask
- Excellent communicator
