Temporary Role - Office Based
Gleeson Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a company based in Halesowen on a temporary position for a HR Administrator to join a growing team!
After a company expansion and a new project, this role will be reporting directly to the HR manager, where you will be joining a small team, dealing with all administration duties such as, filing, organising documents, chasing down documents, liaising with managers and much more!
The ideal candidate will be a driven and proactive individual and is a fantastic opportunity for someone to gain additional HR / administration experience in a fast paced industry!
- Supporting HR administration
- Supporting the team on tasks
- Liaising with the HR Manager
- Be the first point of call for all HR queries and offer first line advice to managers
- Data Entry to ensure maintenance of HR Systems
- Attention to detail
- Strong administrator or HR Experience would be ideal
- Ability to work to high level of accuracy
- Independent and team worker
- Strong written communication
- Ability to multitask
- Positive attitude
- Working Hours- 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Salary - equivalent to £20,000 (temp rate)
- Location - Halesowen
- Start Date - ASAP
