HR Administrator

Gleeson Recruitment Group are looking for a driven and proactive HR Administrator to support a well established business based in Oldbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to work in a fast paced industry and looking to get involved with all aspects of HR! This role will be working 8.30am - 5.30pm, with an option for hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

The Role

  • Provide full administrative support to all areas of HR related tasks
  • Managing new starter and leaver processes
  • Note taking in HR meetings
  • Be the first point of call for all HR queries and offer first line advice to managers
  • Producing monthly reporting on HR related matters
  • Supporting recruitment
  • Support the coordination of training courses

Ideal Candidate

  • 12 months min HR administration experience
  • Experience of using workday or another HR system would be desirable
  • Team player and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communicator
  • Professional
  • Positive attitude
