Are you looking for your next HR Administration role? Do you pride yourself on working with high levels of accuracy within a busy environment? If so, Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join our client's team, sitting within a large HR Department.

The role requires you to provide first line operational support for line managers and employees providing advice and guidance and supporting the operational elements of the employee life cycle & monthly payroll.

This role is ideal for a driven individual, looking for an entry level role in HR, maybe to enhance previous HR administrative experience already attained, which will set them up for long term success in HR. Through effective stakeholder relationship management, you will be responsible for delivery of exceptional customer service via the management of the HR shared inbox. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will also use your initiative to aid in additional ad-hoc tasks as required.

You will be working within a high-performing HR Operations team who are friendly, hardworking and welcoming - you will feel at home straight away!

This is currently remote-based, with expectations to work in offices based in Birmingham in the near future.

A successful candidate will have:

  • Previous HR Administrative experience essential, Level 3/5 CIPD Qualified Preferable
  • Knowledge and previous demonstrable experience using HR Information Systems
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office (MS Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Logical and analytical approach to problem solving

  • Accountable and manage your own workload and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
