Urgently seeking HR Administrators for my client in Birmingham City Centre. The initial period is expected to be a 6 month assignment with a potential to permanent. This role is full-time office based.

Reporting to the HR Director and working closely with the HR department.

You will be involved in:

  • Maintaining the HR Information System
  • Process new starter forms and new employee records
  • Monitor and administer employee probation reviews
  • Leavers administration
  • Providing data reports on a monthly basis
  • Liaising with line managers and building relationships
  • Assisting the HR team with employee relations
  • Administration of reference requests
  • Monitoring and recording absences
  • Responsible for other general administrative duties

The HR Administrator should have the following experience and skills:

  • HR background, ideally in a HR administration role
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Experience using HR Systems
  • Ability to manage a busy work load and multitask
  • Attentive to detail
  • Excellent communicative skills
  • Knowledge and experience of employment law & good HR practice
  • CIPD qualification
