Gleeson Recruitment Group are looking for temporary HR Administrators to support a Solihull based client until the end of the year to support with an increased workload.

Key Responsiblities

  • Maintenance of our HR information system
    • New starters, changes and leavers
    • Ad-hoc reporting where the business requests data - headcount reports, attrition rates etc
    • Inputting working patterns or supporting bulk data changes
    • Internal transfer requests
  • New starter and leaver process - contracts and offer letter creation within agreed SLA's, reference requests, right to work checks, setting up new starter calls and arranging delegates
  • Inbox management - we have a central People & Culture inbox that has a wide range of requests
  • Supporting the L&D manager with administration connected to our Leadership programmes
  • Apprenticeship administration - adding new starters to the system, answering high level queries etc
  • Payroll management - monthly payroll management for our Support office ready for payroll cut off
  • Ad-hoc administration support for the wider People & Culture team, maintaining org charts, group practice map etc
  • Various system management - insurance, compliance

Key Skills Required

  • Previous HR Administrative experience essential
  • Attentive to detail
  • Comfortable multi-tasking
  • Quick Learner

This is a full-time position and will be predominantly home based but there will be some occasions (approximately 1-2 times per month) where you may be required to work from their Solihull offices.
