Are you a competent HR Administrator who thrives within a fast-paced environment? Do you have experience in using SuccessFactors and SAP Payroll? If so, Gleeson Recruitment Group are seeking a HR Administrator to join a multinational business, to join their People Services Team.

You will be working closely with the Service Delivery Lead and wider team, to deliver HR transactional duties, to impact delivery of business strategies and implementation of improvements and solutions in an agile way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Updating and manage data within Service Now and SuccessFactors
  • Involved with all processes within movers, leavers and new starters
  • Ensure you are adhering to process KPIs and drive continuous improvement
  • Manage queries from employees
  • Develop close working relationships with stakeholders and teams

You will need:

  • Strong HR administrative experience within a similar role
  • Query management of payroll and benefits processes, and experience of training to team members
  • Good planning and organisation skills
  • Attentive to detail
  • Passionate and committed to continuous improvement and quality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Results orientated
