Job Title: Housing Litigation Associate

Location: Birmingham

A well-respected law firm is seeking a Housing Litigation Associate to join their team in Birmingham. The role involves providing advice and support on a range of housing litigation services, including anti-social behaviour advice, disrepair litigation, access injunctions, and possession proceedings, for a client base including housing associations, local authorities, charity landlords, and housing co-operatives throughout England.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in housing and/or residential leasehold litigation, advocacy rights of audience, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. The ideal candidate will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent written communication skills, and effective organizational and time management skills.
