This is a unique opportunity for a new Head of Treasury, Pensions, and Insurance working for a significant organisation in the Midlands. You will lead the Group's Treasury, Pensions, and Insurance functions. This is a high-profile leadership role reporting to the CFO with extensive exposure to the Board.

Our client is a multi-billion services group in the Midlands. A significant and important business, they have a crucial role to play in helping the UK's net zero ambitions. There are great growth opportunities and the potential for the future is huge.
This is a newly created opportunity for a Head of Treasury, Pensions, and Insurance in the Midlands.
You will be expected to lead the Group's Treasury, Pensions, and Insurance functions. You will be accountable for developing and executing the long-term Group financing strategy driving value and managing the overall exposure to market risk across the Treasury, Pensions, and Insurance portfolios.
A high-profile leadership role reporting directly to the CFO and with extensive exposure to the Board and wider governance committees.
For this high-profile Head of Treasury, Pensions, and Insurance opportunity in the Midlands you will ideally be an experienced Head of Treasury from another large corporate business. Our client will also consider an experienced Deputy Group Treasurer looking to step up into their first Head of role, if having worked for another large, complex organisation.
Prior experience of managing Pensions and Insurance Risk would also be highly advantageous.
A strong relationship builder with personal credibility and high impact communication and presentation skills, with extensive experience of Board level interaction.
An experienced leader, with a successful track record of establishing high performing finance teams, and a genuine focus on people development and talent management.
