My client is seeking an experienced Head of Total Reward to join the organisation at a time of transition and change. Up to £75k + Car Allowance + Bonus. Hybrid working with 2-3 days on site in West Birmingham.
With the development of their Total Reward offering being a key pillar of the organisational change as Head of Total Rewards you will join at a time of pay reviews and bonus outputs. You will lead on the development of the Total Reward strategy. You will complete salary bench-marking exercises, review and develop current benefitsand enable the organisation to attract and retain talent.
As an experienced Head of Total Rewards you will be have developed and led on a Total Rewards strategy. You will be adept at building strong stakeholder relations, and working with some challenging individuals to ensure the successful landing of the new strategy.
