Head of Technology - £100,000 per annum + Benefits Package - West Midlands

I am currently working with a growing and forward-thinking organisation in the Midlands who are looking to recruit a Head of Technology to help them drive forward their digital transformation roadmap. The role will oversee a small technology team with opportunity of growth, whilst spearheading the businesses IT transformation projects.

This role would be pivotal in the growth of the business and will play a key role within innovation and the growth of the technology team. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of delivering digital transformation whilst liaising with stakeholders around the business to understand their technology challenges and identify possible technological solutions.

Required experience

Proven track recording leading digital transformation from the ground up.
Excellent stakeholder engagement.
Passion for technology innovation, being the driving force for change
Strong organisation and planning skills; you'll need to love spinning lots of plates
The ability to see the bigger picture and take a proactive approach in supporting teams
Good understanding of Cyber security.
