Are you an experienced Head of Talent Acquisition ready for your next challenging role? Birmingham based organisation - hybrid working. Salary circa £80-85k.

Reporting into the HR Director, as Head of Talent Acquisition you will manage and develop a team to deliver across both volume and hard to fill roles, ensuring a positive candidate and customer expedience. You will develop the organisations EVP, as a priority. Your role will also be to work closely with Exec and Senior stakeholders across the business to understand the business critical roles, and managing expectations around the delivery of this. You will continue to develop processes and systems, fully utilising the HRIS.

This role has a broad and varied remit and will suit an experienced Head of Talent Acquisition who enjoys autonomy within their role and is delivery focused through their team. Experience of developing EVP and managing both volume and niche recruitment is essential across a multi-sited business.
