Reporting into the Chief People Officer and managing a small Talent Acquisition team, as Head of Talent Acquisition you will be instrumental in developing the Employer Brand. You will review and refine current TA processes, ensuring inclusive attraction and recruitment methods. You will ensure a positive candidate experience, identifying best routes to market, and developing KPI's and measurables. You will also recruit any of the C-suite roles, whilst ensuring the smooth and timely delivery through your team of Middle Manager vacancies and below.
