Would you like to take ownership of the Sales P&L for a division of leading global organisation which covers both new business development and key account management for some true blue chip global customers? Can you lead and motivate a team of sales and key account professionals in order to generate new profitable customers as well as maximise the revenue return from the existing client portfolio?
This mature and growing organisation supplies a range of leading components into the Aerospace, Automotive and Industrial sectors on a global basis and so has the potential for extensive client growth based on an ever-increasing demand for their products.
This role will allow the post holder to regularly contribute towards the design and implementation of the commercial sales strategy and then lead and drive this across the team in line with the goals of the business. You will also be the face of the division to the customer leadership teams and will be the expert on the market place and its areas of growth and development in order to maximise potential revenue and exceed targets.
You will be a proven Sales and Commercial leader with the years in the manufacturing / engineering industry to support this and will have been responsible for both a sales / commercial P&L as well as medium to large teams of skilled sales and commercial professionals. You will be a strong influencer and motivator and able to communicate at a local site level right through to a group reporting network both in the UK and internationally. You must be able to drive a demanding Sales / Commercial target driven mentality, deliver on budgets and strive for best in class customer service across the entire team.
