Head of Financial Reporting (Part-Time - 0.6 FTE)

I am seeking a technical strong ACA with a background from a listed or property background

This role can be highly flexible to work around external commitments but will ultimately be responsible for the external consolidated group results working in conjunction with external auditors and legal

Responsible for the preparation o technical accounting, management of the audit process.

This is a key role supporting the Head of Finance for this impressive property client.

ACA qualifiation is essential.

• Review of drafts / skeletons of Group accountant at half and full year end
• Year end audit and preparation of technical papers
• Manage intercompany loans a d ensure Group and JV dividends are comfortably covered by distributable reserves
• Compliance to Group treasury policy
• Support ad hoc technical reporting, corporate and strategic projects

This is a role that would suit a qualified finance professional seeking to utilise your technical accounting skills whilst managing external commitments including opportunity to take summer school break off in its entirety.
