Do you have experience of running a Procurement function and driving transformation? Are you a driven leader, with strong stakeholder engagement skills? I have an exciting Head of Procurement role to lead a small, but growing, team.

Based in Birmingham in a hybrid role, you will have responsibility for establishing policies, processes and procedures. You will develop and implement a procurement strategy globally and will be responsible for all aspects of procurement.

In order to carry out this role you will need the following skills and experience:

Previous experience as a Head of Procurement with extensive indirect experience
Excellent people management skills and be comfortable managing a small team
A strong track record of influencing and engaging positively with stakeholders
A positive and collaborative attitude
Ideally CIPS qualified

In return, you will receive a salary of circa £85,000 to £100,000 plus excellent benefits.
