As Head of People you will lead the HR team, understand the business needs and direction to implement a supportive People strategy. This will encompass the full employee journey, across all facets of people - learning and development, well-being, employee relations, recruitment, on-boarding, reward and recognition, succession planning and performance.
This role will suit a Head of People who enjoys developing HR strategy but is also happy to roll up their sleeves around operational HR.
CIPD qualified, or equivalent you will enjoy developing and leading a HR team. You will have worked across a multi-sited organisation and have experience of developing commercial, flexible People strategies.
