This newly created Head of Organisational Development role has arisen within this growing organisation. Salary range is between £60 and 70k, with excellent pension and benefits. Flexible working is in place, with an expectation to travel to Head Office in Wilmslow 3-4 times a month.
Reporting into the Director of People Services as Head of Organisational Development you will lead the OD, Learning and Development and Well-being teams. You will lead around the delivery of programmes to support the development of the right organisational culture. You will help support the development of the People Operating model, with particular emphasis on developing the Organisational development structure.
The organisation is unionised, and you will help develop an inclusive relationship with them.
As an experienced Head of Organisational Development you will have developed and managed high-performing teams. You will be able to demonstrate a track record of where you have designed and delivered Organisational Development strategies. You will be able to challenge in a constructive manner.
