A nationally recognised and highly regarded leisure and destination business are looking to strengthen their Media Sales team with the appointment of a new Head of Media Sales.
The focus of the role will be on driving revenue and profitability of the team focused on selling all "out of home" media, experiential and digital media assets.
- Managing two Business Development Managers and a Media Sales Planner
- Create and deliver a sales strategy to maximise sales from media assets
- Work with the BDM's and Media Sales Planner to deliver the team budget
- Work with the regional and national brands and external media agencies to develop sales of media assets
- Manage the budgets, forecasts and timelines within the business unit
Key skills and experience:
- Strong background in sales, negotiations and presenting in a commercial environment
- Managerial experience in media sales (ideally media agency experience)
- Experience of working at a senior/CEO level
