Head of Marketing | 12 month FTC

£80,000 - £100,000 + 20% bonus

Gleeson Recruitment Group are thrilled to be supporting a global and market leading financial services business to lead an international marketing team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

This is a fast paced role, operating at both a strategic and tactical level, managing large scale budgets and campaigns. This business is on an exciting journey of evolution and currently going through a brand refresh & launch. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in this delivery.

Operating via a hybrid approach, with a great location in central Birmingham, and a competitive package- this role has a lot to offer.

The Head of Marketing will:

Lead a team in implementing the marketing strategy and meet objectives
Stakeholder management: report and present directly to the CEO and wider board of directors
Manage and supervise all marketing operations
Liaise with and support international marketing leaders to meet their local marketing strategy
Manage a large marketing budget through KPIs, campaign monitoring and reporting
Introduce offline and online marketing activities
Drive brand awareness
Project manage all marketing projects
Create FY 24/25 marketing strategy

The Head of Marketing will:

Have experience in a similar Head of Marketing role
Have experience within the financial or professional services
Have strong leadership experience
Be able to manage large budgets and campaigns
Have outstanding communication skills
Be able to operate at both a strategic and tactical level
