My client, a pure-play retail business based in the West Midlands, is looking to recruit a Head of Marketing.
Reporting into the CMO, this is a key role in the ongoing growth of this organisation. A broad multi-channel marketing leadership role; you will be expected to influence strategy whilst remaining hands-on with campaign delivery.
This Head of Marketing role will shape the overall marketing strategy for this retail business working with channel specialist and external agencies to deliver effective campaigns that:
- grow brand awareness
- increase engagement
- acquire customers
- deliver conversion
- grow loyalty and retention.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess a broad digital and marketing skill-set with a demonstrable track record of delivering growth in acquisition and conversion. You will likely come from a B2C/retail background. As my client is a pure-play, a strong online background would be advantageous.
