Job Title: Head of Learning & Development

Location: Hartlebury, Worcestershire (Hybrid)

Salary: up to £50,000

- Partnering with senior stakeholders and the board to identify Learning Needs

- Supporting existing learning initiatives around Leadership Development

- Coaching and mentoring staff through learning needs

- Supporting learning through on-boarding of new starters

- Facilitating learning around commercial awareness

- Managing the Apprenticeship scheme

- Line managing an L&D Administrator

Ideally, to support you in this role, you will have:

- Proven experience in Learning & Development

- Professional qualifications/experience in Coaching and Mentoring

- Ability to travel to other offices nationally

- Strong commercial and customer focused approach

- Stakeholder management experience

- Project Management skills

- Ability to manage a number of projects at any one time

- Strong communication skills
