Working with the MD of this niche, growing business division you will support the business area growth strategy. As Head of HR you will manage and lead the HR team to support around key areas including workforce planning, succession planning and talent management.

As an experienced Head of HR you will enjoy working with a key stakeholder who works at pace, and want to play a key role in supporting the growth of this business area. You will have managed a HR team, and enjoy the full generalist HR remit, including workforce planning, succession planning and talent management.
