I am currently exclusively recruiting for an experienced Head of HR for an operational business based in South West Birmingham who are positively growing and expanding their workforce.
Some of your responsibilities will be:
- Creating an HR Strategy
- Redesigning HR policies and procedures
- Leading on all aspects of the Employee Lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, ER and Development
- Leading HR Projects on Reward, Performance and Leadership Development
- Being a part of the Senior Leadership Team and influencing the wider business
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- High level UK Employment Law knowledge
- Experience of writing and implementing People Strategies
- Commercial minded approach to HR
- Experience of working in a manufacturing/operational organisation
- Ability to be on site 4 days per week in South West Birmingham
- Pragmatic approach
- Experience of partnering with Senior Leadership
