Job Title: Head of HR
Location: Worcestershire (Hybrid)
Salary: up to £65,000 plus benefits
Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently working with a distribution business, based in Worcestershire to find their next Head of HR.
Key responsibilities include:
- creating and implementing a people strategy, aligned with business strategies
- coaching and mentoring senior leaders
- leading organisational design and associated organisational changes
- partnering with and influencing executive level leaders
- identifying external market trends and the impact on the business
- drive talent management across the business
- act as a behavioural role model and ambassador for commitment across the business
- support and line manage HR team
Ideally, you will have:
- CIPD Level 7 or equivalent
- strategic HR business experience
- sound HR knowledge across all Centre's of Excellence
- ability to translate MI and develop insight
- strong track record of people change management and leadership
- high level UK employment law knowledge
- understanding of a commercial business
