Reporting into the CEO, as Head of HR you will be part of the Senior Management Team, and be instrumental in developing the People strategy. Key areas of responsibilities include reviewing and updating existing policies and procedures, coaching and developing Management capability, implementing the performance management process, continuing the overall management of the pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship programmes. There is a level of complexity around managing numerous stakeholders.
As a experienced Head of HR, you will have reported to a CEO, ideally having worked within an Owner/ Managed business. The role is based on-site, with some National travel.
