An opportunity has arisen to join this business in a newly created Head of HR role, £56-60k + Car Allowance and Bonus. Based In Redditch.
As Head of HR, you will work as part of the Senior Management Team, and be instrumental in developing and implementing the people strategy. This will encompass all areas of HR including Employee Relations, Learning and Organisational Development, Reward, Engagement and Well-being, and Talent Acquisition. You will be able to provide commercial and sound advice and guidance to stakeholders across this multi-sited business. As Head of HR you will manage a small HR team, and report into the CFO.
CIPD Level 7, or equivalent as an experienced HR generalist you will be able to demonstrate a track record of managing organisational change and development, and have a continuous improvement approach.
