They are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join team based in Solihull, UK. As the Head of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of our company, driving strategic financial planning, and ensuring the organization's financial health.

The Role

Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's overall goals and objectives.
Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, ensuring efficient and accurate financial operations.
Prepare and present financial reports to the executive management team, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate actions.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting principles, and tax regulations.
Oversee cash flow management, risk assessment, and financial controls.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support decision-making, providing financial insights and analysis.
Stay updated with industry trends, economic factors, and financial best practices, implementing relevant strategies as needed.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving efficiency and effectiveness within the finance function.

The Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related field.
A relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is highly desirable.
Proven experience in a senior financial management role, with a focus on strategic financial planning and analysis.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable recommendations.
