Gleeson are delighted to be working with a long-standing West Midlands firm to help them hire a senior Family Lawyer into the business to take on the management and leading of the Family team. The firm were first set up in the 1800's and since then have taken pride in supporting the local communities and businesses of the Midlands and Worcestershire. With teams of committed and reliable lawyers across a range of legal disciplines they are a genuine full service firm and have growth on their mind.

In this role, they are looking for someone who will feel confident to take on people management and be responsible for staff development and training. There will also be the expectation to get involved in networking and external business development as well as internal relationship building with other teams to help cross-referrals. The team's caseload is all private Family matters of divorce and matrimonial, financial arrangements and childcare arrangements. You will have your own caseload as well as making sure that team members have enough work.
