I am working in partnership with a well-established West Midlands based organisation who are looking to recruit this newly created role of Head of Diversity and Inclusion.
Hybrid working, with a West Midlands base 3 days per week, and some occasional National travel.
Salary £65-70k + Benefits, + Bonus + Car Allowance.
Reporting into the HR Director, as Head of Diversity and Inclusion, your role will be to really understand the organisation from building stakeholder relations and speaking with employees. From this you will then formulate and implement a Diversity and Inclusion Strategy to ensure it really meets the needs of employees and the business.
This will be achieved through and with the broader HR team and stakeholder's across the organisation, to ensure the Inclusion strategy is owned by stakeholders and the broader employee population, and is reflected across the whole employee journey from initial attraction strategies through to development and succession plans, policies and processes.
This role will also lead on the delivery of the Engagement Survey. As Head of Diversity and Inclusion you will formulate action plans from the survey results, and then work in conjunction with Managers and HR to facilitate change.
As an experienced Head of/ Manager of Inclusion and Diversity you will be able to demonstrate how you have developed Inclusion strategies around the differing needs of a business or organisation, and be able to flex around what solutions best fit in a geographically dispersed, operational business.
