My client, a high-end luxury retail business based in Birmingham, is looking to recruit a Head of Digital Marketing.

This role, Head of Digital Marketing, is a newly created role that will inherit a well established and highly skilled digital marketing team.

The role will encompass:

• Digital strategy
• Multi-digital-channel activity including social, email, paid media and website management.
• Team leadership
• Competitor analysis
• budget and agency management

The ideal candidate for this Head of Digital Marketing will possess an extensive background within digital marketing, ideally within a retail environment (luxury, high-end experience would be even better!). You will have experience leading a high-performing digital team and delivering sustainable, profitable growth. You will be driven and ambitious, with a customer-first approach.
