My client, a market leader in their field, is looking to recruit a Head of CRM to own the customer marketing strategy across all touchpoints.
The Head of CRM role will encompass:
- Overseeing the overall customer marketing strategy, building a view of the CLV
- Develop an overall CRM strategy across all touch-points
- Utilise data to better understand the 'customer' and develop campaigns accordingly
The ideal candidate for this senior CRM role will have a strong CRM background, ideally in a digitally first environment. You have operated at a senior level, working strategically, however you will also be capable of getting involved in campaigns operationally. You will have demonstrable track record of building CRM strategy - delivering growth and sustainable results. You will be commercial but also customer centric.
