About the Role
As the Head of Construction, you will work closely with the Development Director, ensuring planned schemes are brought to life safely, on time and within budget. You will have senior stakeholder interaction across the business, and you will also manage any external consultants and appointed sub-contractors. Assisted by a team of in-house designers and quality surveyors, you will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of development projects in the UK; from inception, design and buildability through to the coordination of the design and construction delivery on site.
The Head of Construction will be highly organised with the ability to lead, motivate and develop both internal and external teams. This tenacious organisation has more than 35 large hospitality sites across the United Kingdom, with plans to expand across the UK, Ireland and North America. So, if you have a proven track record in the delivery of medium to large scale mixed-use developments with retail, hospitality and/or leisure elements, then this could be the ideal role for you. We are looking for someone with experience in both building and infrastructure works, who has the confident interpersonal skills and adaptability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.
