This role for an experienced Sales and Commercial Leader who has a desire to imprint their own experience and passion onto a multi-million pound organisation that has a huge market share that is growing year on year. Here you will lead, drive and motivate a capable team of sales and commercial specialists with the ultimate goal of delivering a robust commercial strategy and deliver a strong pipeline of business into the organisation for the future while championing a mindset of world class customer service to the client base.


You will be a strategic thinker, leader of people, a champion of best in practice customer service and report directly into a board level function. You will need to be tenacious, driven and possess a desire to achieve and progress your career while mentoring and leading a team to deliver the overall sales P&L in line with budget. At the same time you need to be the commercial face of the organisation and be visible to the key customer contacts and develop the relationships with existing clients at the same time as hunting for new business in the wider market place.
That strong sales and key account leadership background within Automotive is a must and a solid understanding of what it takes to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction to demanding global Automotive customers will enable this individual to thrive in the role and deliver on the sales plan.
