Gleeson Recruitment Group have just been in contact with a growing Midlands based financial services business who are looking for a Head of Change to spearhead their upcoming change activities.
This would be a great opportunity for an experienced change leader to come into a business and make a real difference from day one. This is a completely new role for the business, so with that comes a chance to set up a framework and build out a team within the change function.
Currently the business has pipelined a number of projects for the next 18 months+ which will require some involvement by the Head of Change, whether this be full project management or sporadic involvement and overview. The business is looking for someone not just to grow the change team in by head count but also expand the experience within the team by coaching new members.
The Business is based in the West Midlands, however there is not a requirement to be on site full time, this is very much a hybrid working model with no set days in place.

Specialism experience or Professional Qualifications Required:
- Proven experience in project management
- Qualified Prince2 Practitioner
