  • Represent the Business Intelligence function in all relevant internal and external meetings, including providing guidance for the ongoing development of the RIS systems and managing relationships with parent company
  • Ensure data quality of information being input in to the RIS systems, making users aware of issues identified, reporting technical bugs to the Technology team for escalation.
  • Review and sign off reporting requirements for new contracts, ensuring the company will be able to provide the datasets required within the specified timescales.
  • Manage and develop Power BI and SSRS operational reporting portal, reporting schedules and data driven subscriptions
  • Manage and develop SQL failover cluster to optimise performance and deliver a stable reporting environment for users.
  • Ensure operational data questions are investigated and feedback is provided to end users, using any knowledge gained to update and improve reporting solutions.
  • Deliver improved automation processes to save the operational team's valuable time to focus on patient facing activities.

Essential Technical Skills:

  • Previous experience of working in a senior data position, analysing and reporting business results and KPIs, working closely with operational and commercial teams.
