Group Head of Facilities Management
You have the opportunity to join a progressive and exciting business in a newly created role as Group Head of Facilities Management. Growing to over 150 sites nationally, our client now seeks a property and facilities expert to lead the property agenda across their growing business.
Our client, who are based near Solihull, have grown significantly through acquisition over the past two years and is now a market leader in their specialist field within the private medical/ healthcare arena. Reporting to the CFO they now seek a high calibre Head of Facilities Management to lead the property agenda across their growing business. This is a flexible and organic organisation where no two days are the same.
As Group Head of Facilities Management you will be responsible for all things property including but not limited to;
- Procuring, implementing and managing an outsourced FM strategy
- Responsibility for maintenance and CAPEX budget across their growing portfolio
- Management of national Health & Safety department
- Involvement in the acquisition process particularly around due diligence process and onboarding of new sites.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful Group Head of Facilities Management will have a stable and proven career history as Head of Property or Head of FM. You will be able to demonstrate leadership qualities and the ability to be flexible. You will have procured and managed FM and maintenance contracts in previous roles in large-scale multi-site operations. Private Healthcare experience is ideal but our client will consider those from retail, leisure or hospitality.
