Group Corporate Counsel - Highly Acquisitive Engineering Business.
West Midlands HQ (2/3 days pw with rest at home) £65k-£80k plus benefits.
Corporate focused in-house role, managing acquisitions of various sizes across the UK and Ireland. Highly successful market leading business, PE owned with major growth plans over the next 5 years.
You will join a legal team of 4 reporting to the Group Head Legal and take responsibility for all corporate matters, managing external counsel, handling broader company law matters, setting strategy with the Group Board including CFO and Group Strategy Director.
The role is c.60% corporate focused with the chance to handle broader commercial and in-house compliance work to really broaden your skills.
Ideal first step into industry for a corporate lawyer in practice (4/5+ years PQE) looking to use their natural commercial acumen and broaden their skill set as part of a supportive team.
