Are you an experienced recruiter who is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience?

Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently working with a professional services business based in Birmingham City Centre to find a Graduate Recruitment Advisor to join their award-winning team. With a salary up to £33k and occasional regional travel required.

Reporting to the Graduate Recruitment Manager, you will be selecting and recruiting the highest quality of talent into the organisation. Day to day you will be assisting with the smooth running of assessment centres, supporting with key diversity initiatives, providing comprehensive feedback to candidates and helping with the early careers strategy.

Ideally you will have experience of working in an early careers or high-volume recruitment role previously.
