About the role:

JOB TITLE: Graduate Project Administrator

TYPE: Full Time

HOURS: 8 - 4.30pm (Hybrid, working 3 days in office and 2 from home)

SALARY: £22,000 - £24,000

LOCATION: Warwickshire

DUTIES:

  • Completing a variety of administrative tasks, focusing on data entry and data auditing
  • Updating and maintaining an accurate record system, adhering to company procedures at all times
  • Compiling reports
  • Respond to general information queries
  • Ad-hoc project administrative tasks as required by management

Experience, knowledge and skills required

  • Educated to a degree level
  • Exemplary IT skills - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams
  • High attention to detail skills; passion for quality in every task you complete
  • Friendly, proactive, willingness to learn
  • 1-2 year's experience within an administrative role - Desirable
