I'm currently seeking high calibre graduates, for one of our key International clients, who operate their Head Office in Slough. They are about to embark on their next graduate programme, and are seeking recent graduates to join their finance team. You are likely to be a 2019/2020/2021 graduate, potentially with a degree in Finance/Maths/Accountancy or IT/Science, to work within their finance team. Initially the role will be based at home, but the finance team will be returning to the Head Office in the next 6 months, so ideally you will leave in commutable distance to their site.

Our well-respected, well-established multi-national client, based in Slough are building their graduate offering and seeks a Finance Assistant for their team. This is a truly unique opportunity for candidates seeking to build a career in Finance where long-term opportunities are endless. You will receive full training, and all you need to being to the team is enthusiasm, team-spirit, a desire to learn, and ideally intermediate Excel skills.

You may well have recently graduated, or graduated a few years ago, ideally with a degree in Maths, Accountancy, Business or Economics or Science.

You will be joining a highly experienced, high performing finance team, who sit in their UK Head Quarters in very modern offices with full facilities. This is a global organisation, and the UK finance team work very closely with the wider Operations teams also.

As a Finance Assistant your role will be varied, and will include :

- Reporting to the Finance Team Leader,

- Allocating all payments received by the customer

- sending out copy invoices and statements

- Resolving queries within timescales, communicating well at all levels

- Balance Sheet Reconciliations

- Data Analysis

- Working closely with the Credit Control teams to review processes and procedures

- Provide data analysis

- Query Resolution

Ideal/desirable profile:

- Keen, enthusiastic, target-driven

- Intermediate Excel (Pivot Tables, V Look-ups etc)

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken

- Educated to Degree Level

- Driven, determined to succeed and build a long term finance career
