We're recruiting for a Graduate Finance Administrator to join a large corporate shared service centre based in Birmingham City Centre. This is a key position within the finance team to ensure the timely invoicing to clients for work carried out, ensuring invoices are sent out to deadline. You will be a crucial member of staff ensuring the smooth running of invoicing to clients.

Duties Include: (Full job description available):

• Ensuring Clients are sent accurate invoices
• Producing and Creating invoices with correct information specific to each client
• Ensuring invoices are sent for approval to deadline / target
• Making sure anything that hasn't been invoiced is followed up on
• Ensuring that compliance is adhered to for all invoicing
• Speaking with internal staff and external customers to build effective working relationships
• Ensure all billing is actioned for customers
• Update reports and resolve and report any issues to the team leader

Ideal experience:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Extremely accurate with high attention to detail
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Good interpersonal skills and a team player
