Are you a fluent German speaker with experience in a B2B sales environment? Do you want to join an expanding organisation in their new offices in Birmingham?
Gleeson Recruitment Group are pleased to be working with an engineering and supply chain organisation, who are in a growth transformation phase.
You will be responsible for the account management and service from to help to drive their commercial strategy.
- Delivery of exceptional service levels to global B2B customers, providing the main point of contact for European accounts
- Building a portfolio of customers to drive retention and repeat business
- Making contact with prospective and dormant customers to generate new enquiries
- Qualifying new incoming enquiries in a timely manner
- Working to achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly KPIs
- Build strong working relationships with your clients, to ensure you are the preferred supplier
- Negotiation of payment terms, supplier choices and competitive pricing strategies
What we need from you!
- Exceptional communication skills, fluent German speaker is essential
- A winning mentality
- Strong IT skillsets; experience of using a CRM system is desirable
- Previous experience working in a B2B sales environment preferable
- Able to use initiative and strong commercial acumen
- Adaptable to change; resolutions focused
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales driven environment
