We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst! You will be responsible for owning the month-end management reporting process for SG&A, providing valuable insights into performance to budget and driving the implementation of business improvements where necessary. You will also be responsible for preparing monthly Outturn, quarterly Forecast, and annual Business Plan for operating costs, as well as issuing monthly Financial Reporting packs covering People Costs and Non-People Costs.

In addition, you will be assisting with annual external audits and providing regular governance around internal processes in line with this. You will also be responsible for monthly CAPEX reporting and forecast updates to support analysis against budget and decision making.

As a FP&A Analyst, you will also be producing monthly and quarterly reporting packs and other management information to support business activities. You will be assisting with the quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes in line with agreed deadlines and standards, which includes model management and updates, plus support in producing attendant management and board-level reporting. Furthermore, you will work with the business to understand and improve processes and systems.

To qualify for this role, you must have a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting and analysis tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be required to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
