FM Operations Manager - Up to £55,000 plus benefits - Birmingham City centre

We are working with a rapidly growing organisation based in Birmingham City centre to find a Facilities Operations Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity to join a leading international business, passionate about their business and people.

The role will involve taking charge of the operational day to day Facilities/Workspace management of our clients offices in Birmingham and London. You will mainly be based in Birmingham with the occasional travel to the other site.

In summary, you will take full responsibility of the management of outsourced FM providers and in-house services, focusing on maintaining and improving overall efficiency regarding cost and client experience. It will also be your duty to keep the H&S and Environmental compliance up-to date. (full job description available).

Ideally, you will have:

  • 4+ years facilities management experience
  • NEBOSH certificate
  • Proven experience managing an outsourced client-side facilities management provider
  • Understanding of health & safety, statutory and regulatory knowledge
  • Contract management ability

On offer to the successful candidate is a salary up to £55,000 (dependent upon experience) and a host of other benefits.
